Susan was my realtor for my very first home purchase. I was an incredibly indecisive buyer and probably a nightmare for most. This included viewing nearly twenty properties in almost every city in Jackson County. We looked at foreclosures, multi-units, townhouses and single family homes. She took me literally everywhere. I had her put in offers on five different homes and even backed out of my first acceptance due to an HOA issue. The whole time Susan was extremely patient and very quick to respond to everything I asked of her. She walked me through the home buying process step by step and checked in regularly. I am so grateful I found someone this knowledgeable in every aspect of real estate. Thank you for everything Susan, I love my new place.

Susan was very easy to work with, She was friendly and made me feel very confortable, she also helped a lot with all the paperwork involved. Susan was very professional and knew what she was talking about. I Highly recomend her.

If you want a hard working agent, who you can trust, who will not only be there for you when you need her, but also have your best interests at heart, then Susan Mead is the agent for you. She was patient with me, took the time to know what I was really looking for in a house, and willing to wait until I found it. I wasn't going to settle for something less, and when I started to think I was too picky, she encouraged me to stay true to what I knew I wanted. I did find the perfect house and in the price range I wanted to stay. I recommend Susan to all my friends if they want to sell or buy.

Susan was very responsive to my needs as I viewed potential properties and helped me work through what would be the most suitable house for me in terms of my lifestyle going forward. Additionally, once I closed on the house she continued to assist me --- I really appreciated this, as I was an out of town buyer.

Susan Mead is a consummate professional who is also patient and personable. She is a joy to work with and knows the Ashland area well. Over time, our ideas about what we were looking for changed significantly, and she was flexible in meeting our needs. We are still in process!

Susan helped us find the ideal home. This was a home we initially refused to see because there was an empty lot next door and we were concerned about what could be built there in the future. She investigated and learned the lot is actually dedicated open space, complete with a creek. She helped us get a good price for the house, then worked with the sellers' agent and inspectors during escrow. We were out of town buyers, so we especially appreciated her diligence.
